Yesterday I got a call from my mom (she works for the extention office here) and asked if we wanted 4 roosters that someone was getting rid of. I called Corey who said yes!!!! So today Kai, Keenan, Aislinn, Jamie, Bailey and I went to the office to get them. I found out that in the amount of time it took for them to be dropped off to the time I picked them up they were crowing like crazy and they could be heard throughout the Administration Building. Cori (the secritary) went in and turned out the light hoping that would quiet them down...sure enough they were quiet. That story made my day LOL!!!!So here are our newest farm additions....2 black and 2 white miniature fancy roosters. They will be let loose next week in the yard so they can feast on the bumper crop of grasshoppers we seem to have supported through the winter!!!!

yes...we shall see if the cats find great pleasure in their arrival tomarrow...I want them to eat the grasshoppers but dont want them to be dinner at the same time. Hum, delema!!!
They are such cute little guys....hope they do insect detail the way you want them to!
